Materials collected by Pogue including maps, correspondence, photographs, essays, obituaries, courthouse records, Butler and Montgomery family genealogical records, newspaper clippings, etc. Also included are copies of the Montgomery-Butler House feasibility study report (2001) prepared by Marlys Svendsen to address possible uses for the property and an architectural and historical survey of the house (1995) prepared by Jan Nash as a part of the National Register of Historic Properties nomination process.
